Huh. Played a game of Puzzle Fighter this afternoon in which 9/10 drops were solid green during the first round. I don't know if the other guy did something, but I just slapped them down as fast as possible until I got a green break. I know I had about 2/3 of my screen filled when I broke it. Anyone else ever seen anything like this?

Gouki is really annoying for Ken if you don't beat him down early on. He can force Ken to make lots of little breaks, which essentially turns Ken into Dan. On the other hand, since Ken deals out so much damage and Gouki takes so much, you gotta try to win quickly.

^^ ahem. Some of us can't seem to help from getting their JRPG on. I for one am completely tired of the concept....so damn old and such a legacy game format I hope gets phased out completely. At least random battles are mostly dead. Ugh. I will admit though, that that game as far as JRPG's goes, at least looks neat and plays OK.

As one who teaches basic game programming, Team Ninja has a special place in my heart. Any development studio which listens to the "it's too hard" cries of the people and then turns around and makes the game HARDER is one to be admired.

Ninja Gaiden was so much fucking fun for me, and the end-game challenges were so infuckingcredibly hard it was worth it

I just liked zooming around the levels with all the special moves and dominating the ninjas .

He has blades on his shoes too, could make for some awesome moves.

Castlevania guru Koji Igarashi in a Game Informer interview says he's leaning toward Xbox 360 for the next console version of Castlevania. He says that he's focusing on "the best platform for the U.S. market" and that would be in his opinion the Xbox 360. He goes on to the say that the US market is the "biggest market" for the series, so he's giving priority to the Xbox 360.

Can someone really tell me if the Elite is worth selling my premium 360? Has anyone actually sold their premie for an elite?

Mainly I want to know if the HDMI will be that much of a difference. I do have a 1080p hdtv so it would make sense, but I'm just not sure it could be much better than it already is. I just want to make sure i do Halo 3 justice. I understand the much larger amount of storage space would rock, but I don't really need it - 20GB is ok, I am a casual gamer. Plus it's black..and that's cool.

Does anyone have a broken headset communicator? I had an interesting idea to remove the plug-in mic from the over-the-head band and graft the bluetooth mic onto it. I just can't stand the earpiece, as it doesn't fit very well and starts to become bothersome after a little while.
