I've got a pretty good pain tolerance. I do plan on increasing my calcium and vitD intake for the duration of this, just to play it safe

I hope I never become lactose intolerant. It would be a huge blow to my tastes. I drink 1-2 gallons of milk a week, and eat lots of things with cheese (I get on ice cream kicks sometimes too)
