The NCAA has ruled on the information they have. Since they have no subpoena power, they can only rule based on what their investigation turned up. Now when this Nyrango (sp?) case goes to court and more evidence starts to flow showing a blatant system of cheating, then maybe the NCAA reopens the investigation or starts anew. For UNC to be so dismissive of major media coverage is laughable.

Lol comparing what is going on over there to our infractions is laughable. We were over punished for what actually happened and they are being beyond severely underpunished for all the shit that has been going on with that program. The fact they haven't gotten anything more than a one year bowl ban and some lost scholarships so far is ridiculous. They should be over joyed with the punishment they received rather than complaining about others ganging up on them.
