about the wisconsin attempt to stop the clock with 2 seconds left... that was a bad move. esp with a non .10th of a second clock and all the human/ref errors involved in blowing plays dead/starting and starting the clock. it takes a center 1 full second to hand off the ball to the qb. and at least a near full second for the qb to throw the ball and the ref to see it and blow the whistle to THEN finally stop the clock.

in short they should have run a play.
