Nothing too bad, thumper n Peter. Just severe lower back pain, but I think a good chiropractor can fix it. It didn't hurt after the wreck (2 am), but was killing me by 6 am when I was sleeping on a couch. So not sure what actually caused it ... Couches can cause some pretty funky back probs. :/

It's annoying! I can't run and I had a long run scheduled!
