while my beach body isn't doing so hot, my sister is absolutely kicking ass and headed to the beach for the last week of August. She's been working on her pull-ups as of late and knocked out a few today. So proud of her!

I love spin classes. It's hard during the week to do any sort of long, hard bike ride in LA--too much traffic, not enough bike paths. Spinning lets me go as hard as I want and really punish myself; I've definitely noticed a difference in my normal cycling since I started doing the indoor classes. 8/19/2010 5:04:54 PM |
