But on the other hand, there is a complete lack of curiosity into the allegation by a democrat former prosecutor in Pennsylvania Phillip Berg- who has brought suit against Obama claiming the candidate was really born in Kenya and is not a US citizen.

Not that I'm defending him, but with the way the McCain camp has been, they would probably grasp onto anything remotely questionable in those records and beat it into the ground. So I dont entirely blame him for not releasing those yet. I believe he will be more inclined to if he is elected.

Now I think the police are mostly doing what they should. They're investigating and, even if they doubt her story, are treating it as credible.
