yeah i fell in love with tofu a few years ago on accident i was at Whole Foods after an early class getting some breakfast from their breakfast hot bar. i got what i thought were scrambled eggs. turns out they were scrambled tofu. and i thought it was delicious. so i started trying other tofu dishes and i've been hooked ever since.
