doubt he can continue it much longer, its been a while now. he also has a DWLR pending,.. with his record, i would say he's in trouble... but since its misdemeanor crap, he might end up sitting in county jail for like 45 days at the worst.

the weird thing about NC is that its actually really hard to end up in jail without getting a ton of chances first. so anyone who ends up in jail has fucked up big time.
