I have hairs on my butt, but I don't think any of them are ingrown. If I had a period at all I would freak the fuck out. I don't even know how to respond to that last part

so, does cheese affect you as much as other dairy? I only ask bc being a diabetic I thought maybe I would not be able to eat as much cheese bc I assumed it was filled with carbohydrates. I found out recently from my nutritionist that it is more in the protein family and not so much the carb family.

Cheese (and I mean REAL cheese) has <1 grams of carbs per serving. Cheese cubes and string cheese are the bomb ass low carb snack, and I eat that shit pretty much all day. I am lactose intolerant, but for some reason I can eat all the cheese I want

if I drink a glass of milk, i blow ass. if i eat ice cream, i blow ass. but I can eat all the cheese I want with no repercussions. which is a very good thing, because that and peanuts are pretty much the only thing i snack on during the day

i used to do pork rinds back when I did low carb the last time, but I just can't do it this time around. the taste just isn't appealing to me, and they give me nasty gas
