its a good idea to login sometime in the morning to energize and defend...then login later and change your plans to whatever the orders are...that way when you energize early, the commanders get an idea of who is doing what and how much energy is where...at least thats how i understand it

Yeah. I log in when I do my morning internet routine, energize and stay put. Then I go back before bed and update the orders as needed.
