Ok, I've scanned most of this thread... and I've just got to comment on this...

The first 6-8 shots had to have come from 1 clip. I know that none of my 'big caliber' guns will hold more than 8 bullets at a time (except for the .22, but that's not a big one). So, you're saying someone emptied a clip at you, 2 girls hit the deck, and the guys just started talking shit to a person who was reloading his gun with another clip as he was trying to leave... the guy was leaving and he fired off more rounds at no one in particular.... This makes very little sense to me.

Also, when he started yelling at you, you should have just said "That wasn't us, we didn't come from that way. And we have no cups." Because all this happened before you knew he had a gun.

Plus, if you cared at all, you would have called the cops. You knew what he was driving, his race (or complexion as NCSU calls it! lol), and which direction he left in. It's a misdemeanor (or is it a felony now?) to fire shots within city limits. Plus, you had shell casings in the parking lot to match to a gun.... The fact that you didn't call the cops is the main thing making me think this is total bull-snarkles!

Also, if it has already been proven to be bull, then I missed it and you can just forget I posted.

bear in mind most full frame Glocks have a capacity of 13+ rounds, so the ability to fire 8+3 is probable.

Because if you put guys in a line up that were his build, none of us could probably tell you what his face looked like bc it was dark out and there were hardly any lights around - all I know about the car is it was gold and 4 doors. Please tell me if you feel the cops would be able to find him. If so, I will go look for casings in that damn parking lot to aid with the search. But honestly, I doubt the case will go ANYWHERE. Here's what the description would be like: Dark complexion, male, above 5'3" (I have no idea what height he was, all I know is it was taller than me!!), baggy clothes, driving a gold 4-door car.

PS, I don't know shit about guns so I didn't think of the casings bit. Now I'm tempted to at least look..

You would not have been responsible for looking for casings anyway. If the cops were called out, they would have done it. And if you had called the cops right then and there, you would have had the direction he left in, what he was driving, a little bit of a description, AND a caliber gun to be looking for. He would have only been able to make it so far in a certain aount of time and the cops know what to do from there to catch the guy.

Not to mention that this thread was made before the cops were called...

The thread wasn't made before the cops were called. Fareako explained that after shots were fired, Shinte took off and called them. We didn't go back and drink more, we went to our friends apartment and stayed there. The person that called the cops also didn't wait around to see where he went. When someone mentioned the red camero, they were probably referring to the car that was (accidentally) hit by the cup I kicked (which had nothing to do with this man).

The only reason this stupid argument is going on is because synapse had to be a total ass and "bump it" even though everyone had basically agreed to disagree. You're not going to believe me no matter what I tell you so what is the point? I would never lie about something like this and I'm not the type of person to argue this much over something that never happened and was all a lie.

Furthermore, as far as the direction is concerned, it was in the very back of one of the sections of the apartment complex so the only direction anyone would have seen him leave in is towards the entrance. That view is blocked by other apartments so therefore, none of us could have seen with our eyes the direction he went in!
