If your'e looking to get corsets made Blackrayne does a fantastic job. She made my wife's corset for our wedding and also made her favorite corset.

They aren't taking orders right now (she's had some personal upheavals) but getting in touch for when she's ready to start making again would be worthwhile.

Also, Louise Black makes some awesome looking corsets, but I don't know if she does custom fit anymore. She seems to only have one for sale at the moment, but she'll probably have more up eventually. The one she has for sale right now isn't my favorite of her style. She tends to put really well lined-up images on the front, like skulls and ravens.

i actually just talked to the owners of meschantes...theyre gonna let me go through their "goodie room" and pick out some things to borrow for engagement stuff and for fun.

the goodie room is a room in there house that is FILLED with corsets (most of them in the 22-24 range so i can fit into almost all) and other skirts and whatnot they have made and collected over the years.

im like a kid in a candy store there

Something to look for, if available, is how a corsetmaker's corsets look on normal people. Any structural problems (bent bones, excessive wrinkling) that won't show up on a model are indicative of quality (or lack of) craftsmanship.
