I read an article where the judge pretty much dropped the hammer on a DWI defendant because of some facebook pictures....it was an injury accident and he had pictures posted of him out drinking and partying like two days later.

After the prosecutor entered all of the photos in evidence the judge declined the plea agreement with probation and found for jail time, long supervised probation, fines pretty much everything. The judge also chewed him out at sentencing.

IMO, this is all pretty tame for TWW.
