or just tell them, that from 1955-2009 the overall record is 25-30. so we are basically at a tie for the last 50 years. if you go back before that (before the 1950's) we only won 3 games in the series during the first 24 matchups b/c basically our college was still a 'wofford' or 'jmu' by todays standards.

I just had a UNC alum make fun of state because of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences ( the home of biological sciences and zoology) is abbreviated CALS.. because CALS sounds like COWS.

They played the clip of the interview with Williams where he pretty much said "it's like their superbowl" talking about the game and the way he said it gave you the "we don't really care" feeling behind it. Then Joe and Adam asked TOB how he felt and coach said "well that's a little condescending when you think about it"

What the Holes haven't figured out with TOB yet is that he tells you exactly what he thinks and how it is. He doesn't do coach speak, he doesn't sugar coat.

i cant believe how resilient this UNC team actually is. i mean seriously, losing that many players and still getting to a bowl game? this is why i am cautiously optimistic about the game. those backup players are putting 110% effort, and we have got to MATCH it and go the extra mile...

it is going to be a tough game, and i think its definitely going to come down to the last 5 minutes of the 4th quarter. i would be shocked if it wasn't a game before that point.

This game could be a shootout, lopsided win by either team, or a 6-3 slugfest and I wouldn't be surprised. A lifetime of watching State-UNC games has taught me to expect anything and everything to happen in these games.

It's been said before, but these assholes aren't walk-ons from Franklin Street. Most of the backups were top recruits out of high school that may not be at the level of the missing original starters, but still make for a good team.

Fuck em...we played hard enough to make their starters quit on the game last year, here's to hoping we pound this weakened unit into the ground even earlier, and ruin their senior day.
