how do you play a game while on the treadmill? unless you're walking and not doing much??

i cant even read a magazine on a treadmill much less pay attention to some game

^^3.5mph at a 5% incline. It's lower impact than jogging, but burns a similar amount of calories.

I've done it at 5mph before, but sometimes I'll get startled by something in the game and somehow jump off the treadmill in real life trying to avoid what happened in the game.

I got some people at my work started on the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge.

Starts tomorrow. Seven weeks.

$5 initial buy in, $1 per week if you stay the same or gain weight.

Stair climber is the best ass blaster, by 20 minutes in I'm swearing the fucker off. aha I think the machine I HATE the most if that rotating ladder one that is at an incline, does the jod though.

Been riding my bike every single day it's not rained, due to the rain however, I also joined the Y today. Looking forward to the perks like the pool and weight rooms.
