Marshall is just above Brey right now as far as my list of desired coaches. Both will bring a boring style of mediocre basketball and in 5 years we will be exactly where we were with Herb. A perennial bubble team that may squeak into the sweet 16.
Smart is a bigger gamble than either but he also has a much better potential upside than either of the two.
