i went through a month tub while bulking, can't say it helped me sleep any nor had any effects on my dreamsit also tasted like crap, poor mixability since all the heavy elements sink to the bottom, I'll go pill form next time if at allthis was SNAC ZMA apple berry flavor, it was either that or root beer, i can't imagine a mixable root beer flavor

i am a tool. when i am squatting, in fact, my back acts as a large lever which helps push the weight up. perhaps simple machine would be inappropriate because there are multiple moving parts.(in pansy voice) "oh, i'll do the nancy crossfit workout" puhleeze, when you're done with your crossfit psuedo olympic lift warmup, come to the dark corners of the gym where men with 45 pound plates and chalk move iron, not work out.
