I wanted to live in an older house. The one we found has TONS of potential for building (ie: 4 car garage in the back yard ) Its in an old neighborhood, so it's quiet and low key with no HOA. House has a redone modern kitchen and new roof, amongst other things. Pretty spacious for a house built in the early 60's. Floor plan reminds me of base housing in Camp Lejeune when I grew up, so I feel comfortable in it.

But goodness, I love how clean and modern and spacious your house is. For the price I'm willing to pay for this 42 year old house with an attic and craw space, I could probably have something very similar to what you are getting. decisions decisions....

Verizon. I posted in the HTC thread... I'm usually a "simple" guy with low demand. Wife wants a new fancy phone, and I admit I'd like one too.
