I've found that losing a pet is more jarring than losing a friend of family member in the immediate time frame afterwards, but you get over it much more quickly

I went to a wedding where the gift was letting you fill up candy bags to take home. It was pretty awesome and a lot better than a little ornament or something along those lines.

Yep. She's still a bit yellow from the jaundice but it takes time to get it all out of the system.
We go back to the doctor again tomorrow for a weigh in to make sure she's gaining weight well enough and that she's at least back up to her birth weight. We just went out yesterday to buy her more NB clothes because she's so petite!

She's a doll though Except at 4am.

LOL... New York and all of California really got hurt by this.

People (plural and in general) aren't going to stop going to bars and out to eat because of this law. I bet the impact felt is negligible.

Except for me. The impact I'll feel is I won't have to wash my peacoat every time I wear it out to a bar in the winter!
