my 6yr old kitty needs surgery to remove bladder stones. after the cost of testing and boarding this weekend, add in the cost of surgery, we're potentially looking at a total of $1800 when all is said and done.

for me, this is a no brainer. fix the kitty. kitty is part of the family, i've had kitty since she was 3mos old. not even a question - pay for the surgery.

i'm shocked and saddened at the number of people i've encountered, on tww and even in my office, who say you put the cat down and don't spend the cash.

we just bought furniture, we've already financed our vegas trip in july - big ballin' we are not. this would be credit card all the way. :-/

there is no dispute. she's my cat and if i want to spend the money to save her then he won't say anything about it. he won't approve, but ultimately he will understand on some level, because he knows how much i love my cats. i've had this cat longer than i've known him.
