remember when UNC self reported more stuff prior to basketball season? likely in an attempt to delay the punishment and protect this year's bball team (which worked). i guess this is just in response to the self reported stuff.

Lots of the same stuff but if you read it, it sounds like the punishment could be sever because all 5 allegations are level 1 (sever) allegations and it lists lots of aggravating factors and very few mitigating factors.

but at the end it request more info, so this process will surely drag on. My guess is that these new allegation stem from the info provided from the requests for more info at the end of the last NoA.
