If you're playing football and you can't take being hit over and over and over again then you need to quit. Also, apparently to this guy, the field isn't as wide for QB's as it is for the rest of the players.

No, even the guys calling the game say that he is going to return it up until the moment he got taken down. The retaliation hit a few minutes later had the fair catch signaled 3 or 4 times before he got hit.
