i responded to your comment with "you people make it so easy to criticize" because i was originally doubting your critical thinking and analyzation skills regarding this tv show (the easiest entertainment medium for our generation to understand) and you definitely proved to me that you actually have ZERO critical thinking and analyzation skills if you can't correctly interpret and perceive what i wrote.

anyways, my point is, maybe tv shows (like LOST, Alias and a few other shows) have moved up a step and become more complex than most people are able to follow and comprehend. The people who can't follow things are usually the ones who like the show too much...probably because it is something different and interesting and it "blows their mind." In the process, they end up looking silly and thus are easy to criticize.

Theresa was Boone's nanny, he said he would always lay in bed and call her, but one time while responding to one of his calls she fell on the stairs and died, Boone carried the guilt his whole life......I don't think its coming back into the show, it was just a way of Locke proving to Boone that the dream he had did have some real life significance

unless they had gps they would never be able to find the island again. you should try going out into open ocean and swimming back to some point that you had drifted away from for hours. even if you had a map and a compass i'm pretty sure you couldn't do it. the only way that they could get back to the island is if they were still within eyesight of it or if the island was so huge that they couldnt miss it, neither of which are likely.

they can't just swim back because they don't know where the hell the island is and it's night so they can't even see it, if they left during the day and it's already night then they are pretty far out there, especially with a sail and ocean currents......the fantastical part would be if they just showed up on shore, i'm wanting and expecting a logical explanation for how that happened

yeah if sawyer was actually shot bad then the blood in the water wont be a good thing.

The raft is definately toast, but I think they could probably salvage enough of it to get out of the water.

I cant imagine they arent THAT far off if we assume The Others are from the island. The boat they had isnt one made to go very far off shore.

I can see them just floating back towards the island on a busted ass ship with sawyer in bad shape on it.

yeah, i was thinking they said they were either 9 or 15 miles out. I can't remember. Visibility is usually limited to 10 miles or so isn't it? (especially if you're floating in the ocean). I wouldn't be too surprised if they washed ashore, but it does seem somewhat of a stretch.
