i quit about a month ago.. maybe 5 weeks.
as far as coughing goes i didnt experience any thing like that.

and after I remembered how to work the timer on my camera
5'-11", 245lbs. it will be interesting to see if I carb back up past 255 by tomorrow, and how much different I look. I felt flat as hell in those pictures.
I picked a hell of a time of year to go on a diet. if I can shed 20lbs of fat by the end of January, I'll feel like I accomplished something.

I have fallen in love with my homemade protein powdered puddings. Adding a couple scoops of ON whey protein powder to sugar free fat free instant jello when you're making it adds even more flavor and makes the pudding thicker. So far I've mixed ON rocky road flavored whey to chocolate fudge jello, and ON delicious strawberry whey to white chocolate jello. I think I like the strawberry / white chocolate combination just a little bit more, but they are both delicious. it's a nice rewarding meal for after doing cardio. 11/20/2006 9:06:19 PM |
