I think the nice thing about going for a run, is it shakes your insides up and helps you get the shit out.

finally got back into the gym today after bein sick for 2 weeks

got a PR on bench 205 for 5x5 at bodyweight of 190

I went to the dr. again so that I my back can heal and I can exercise again. Gotta start somewhere.

I walked up and down the road for about 5 miles today, but now I'm stuck in a hotel with no cardio equipment and it's pouring down rain. this sucks.

I might take some pictures this weekend, but I definitely want to have a carb-up day before I take any pictures. the bad part about cyclic ketogenic dieting is that you look flat as hell during the hardcore dieting periods. it's kind of disheartening, but it's effective so I keep going back to it.

i quit about a month ago.. maybe 5 weeks.

as far as coughing goes i didnt experience any thing like that.

i have noticed a steady cough overall since quitting, but nothing crazy... maybe 2-3 times a day

I lifted some pizza to my face and drank a beer. It was a 24oz bottle so its heavier than a normal beer; good upper body workout.

and after I remembered how to work the timer on my camera



5'-11", 245lbs. it will be interesting to see if I carb back up past 255 by tomorrow, and how much different I look. I felt flat as hell in those pictures.

I picked a hell of a time of year to go on a diet. if I can shed 20lbs of fat by the end of January, I'll feel like I accomplished something.

the only thing more painful than leg day when you're dieting is the day after leg day when you're dieting. I'm going to be hard pressed to not overeat tomorrow while I'm working out of town.

At least I should sleep well tonight, cause I'm already exhausted.

I have fallen in love with my homemade protein powdered puddings. Adding a couple scoops of ON whey protein powder to sugar free fat free instant jello when you're making it adds even more flavor and makes the pudding thicker. So far I've mixed ON rocky road flavored whey to chocolate fudge jello, and ON delicious strawberry whey to white chocolate jello. I think I like the strawberry / white chocolate combination just a little bit more, but they are both delicious. it's a nice rewarding meal for after doing cardio.

It's pretty sweet, and I've lost a lot of weight while using it. Mine was riduckulous cheap, though, and has broken twice. It's a bitch to fix...not impossible, but a pain.
