1/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
5.3oz Oikos Greek Yogurt - plain
small cup of No Sugar Added peaches

stir, eat, and enjoy. not a bad breakfast for 155 calories

I poured some Kashi cereal in a bowl, but when I went to pour the milk it came out in clumps so I had to trash it.

Hot ham sammich + strawberries had to fill my belly instead.
