by 2005 the party went through 15 kegs, $600 worth of liquor and 2,000 jello shots.

we made it out of 6 mil painters plastic doubled up 20wide x 100ft long. had 6 inflatable kiddies pools at the bottom as a landing.

myself and my 2 roommates fronted all of the money for the party.

packages were presold and we also sold packages at the event. we had 4 packages...

1. Beer Drinkers package which included all you could drink beer + t-shirt
2. Liquor drinkers package which included all you could drink liquor + t-shirt
3. Ultimate parties package which included all you could drink beer and liquor + t-shirt
4. Pay as you go package which was basiocally just a t-shirt and you bought liquor drinks for a $1 a piece.

we had 3 different colored arm bands for the different packages so the bartender knew who got what.

jello shots were $1 for 2.

I know that, I'm trying to say they have jurisdiction even out by the research labs at Lake Wheeler, lots of different places.... if there is an NCSU building, they have jurisdiction within a mile of that building

Last time I talked to Sgt. Barnwell (NCSU police), I'm fairly certain he stated what I said above; there is no mileage aspect to it. If the university owns it, or if a road is directly adjacent to the property, then NCSU police has jurisdiction (only for parts of roads adjacent to NCSU property; not the entire road).
