If no other people are interested it can be at my place. We have a town house behind Bedford off falls/540. I can also find out if the rest of our building would be interested in joining.

When is it? I need to clean out my parents attic. Most of the stuff I will probably find though will be broken toys, or other unwanted items.

TASL Men's league soccer starts on Saturday February 23rd, so count all of us out who play, if it is after that. There are at least 4, or 5 tdubbers who will be busy every Saturday until May once that starts.

Things to consider when scheduling a winter yard sale on Saturday

January 12th vs Duke 12 pm
January 19th no game
January 26th vs UNC 7 pm
February 2nd vs Miami 1 pm
February 9th Krispy Kreme Challenge
February 16th vs Virginia Tech 2 pm
February 23rd Opening day of TASL rec league soccer

I'm not running in the challenge, so February 9th is good for me.

^All I'm saying is this is a NC State website. There are a lot of people on here who like to watch the games. I doubt anyone would want to skip watching next weekends game to have a yard sale. Then again, I could be wrong...maybe I am the only NC State basketball fan on here.

^It's just something to consider. We aren't tunnel painting on the 3rd because that is Super Bowl Sunday. No one will come. The yard sale works the same way.

Yard sales end at noon. I'm scheduling the yard sale when the most people who are selling can make it. I will let you know the date. Sorry if it doesn't fit your schedule.

^^^Oh well that does work then, if they end at noon. I've never been to a yard sale, or had one, so I wouldn't know. I just brought up NC State sports because last time we scheduled a tunnel painting, multiple people didn't come because they wanted to stay home and watch the Panthers game.

I was in charge of one of the first ones. It isn't really an all tww event. Yes, wolfwebbers are selling things, but it is usually like 5 of them. Not the same as planning a tunnel painting. Wolfwebbers are welcome to come buy things, but the vast majority of the shoppers will have no idea what tww is.

I should be good for any Saturday in January, and the first three Saturdays in February, if it is going to be early morning like you say.

Paging CassTheSass are you still interested? Our schedule is filling up. If there isn't much interest we may hold off a couple months and just throw what we have on craigslist until then.

So y'all come buy my stuff. My son's older; you need clothes

I have an 8 week old son and next week I start nannying another infant at my house. I am looking for developmental and sensory based toys and some fun toys too. I also need another high chair and a jumper exersaucer thing.

I just sold my daughter exersaucer Sat and the superyard....

I can poke around. My daughter is about 2 and all she wants is my son's toys. I know I have lots of the Vtech Stuff.......(train, table, etc.) I just have to move it out of the room and make sure all the parts are there.

Cost/benefit analysis of hauling everything to Raleigh is in the red, imo.

12mo (very few) to 2T. I'm setting up and pricing today. I am pretty sure I have some 0-12 mo toys, like most positive, but I can give you a better gauge later today.

Also selling a woman's 3 speed bike with toddler seat.
The old lady sofa I have an ad for in classifieds (which I'll reduce price on again).
And some house hold items.

The main goal for me Saturday is to decrease some of what I've got. Garage is getting ridiculous, and I know our fall one for the avon team will be much bigger between 5 families and any other items we receive from folks to sell.

I'm sorry for your loss.

Unfortunately whatever is left over I will be saving for our fundraiser yard sale. That will be Sept 27th with a rain date of Oct 4. Not that I don't want to sell it to you; we just have 9k to raise and every dollar will count. Only doing this yard sale to try to get rid of the sofa as Craigslist hasn't gone well so far, and husband is kinda freaking out about how much stuff I have occupying his man space in the garage.

We're having a multi family charity yard sale on 9/27 for our avon walk for breast cancer team, walking for wanda. If you have any items you've not got around to putting on Craigslist or items you'd like to donate PM me. We're a 501c3 and could write you a receipt or something.

Anybody interested in having a joint yard sale sometime in May?

Looking at either the 2nd, 9th or the 16th...

My place is in North Raleigh, right off Creedmoor & 540. I had a yard sale in November and despite the cold temps, we got a lot of people.
