I'd say yes, based on the audio. Circumstantial evidence also includes incidents like them shooting a car with 2 latina ladies in it cause they thought it was his car.

If I remember correctly, Dorner had two choices: 1. Walk out of the cabin and get shot to death, or 2. Stay in the cabin and be burned to death.



By the time they came for him in the cabin, I don't think they were planning on taking him into custody.
