The refs have been jobbing us all game. State has momentum? Better review that play. Cards winded? Review. Blatant missed holding calls on multiple plays. They didn't get first down? Roughing the passer. The backwards pass was clearly forward. The ACC doesn't want a 1-4 Louisville team. They are trying to give Louisville the game, luckily they are not very good.
