I don't remember us airballing so many 3s for a loooong time. Glad things came together in the second half.

This. Funny thing is Wisconsin probably shot more airballs than us. I can't seem them finishing .500 in the Big Ten.

will be interesting to see how this holds up. offense as a whole is very down this year due to the 3 point line change but figuring out how we're #9 doesnt make any sense outside of the lack of turnovers. when you compare us to other teams who dont turn the ball over, they all absolutely SUCK at one or (often) multiple other factors - a number of them are kinda whiteboy teams who dont even try to get OBoards

our shooting is actually quite good considering we arent making risky passes to get better shots, especially when you factor in that markell hasnt found his shot yet. essentially, we have some upside if we can keep this up but im curious how sustainable the lack of TOs actually is. its always been a strength for Keatts (his last UNCW team was #1 in the nation at it) but markell, daniels and bates all seem like guys who arent natural low TO players
