sometimes ill lie on my back and thrust my hips up as high as i possibly can....its a short fix and it doesnt rid me of them- but it can help out with the severity...

I noticed my cramps don't seem to be as bad when I've remembered to take massive amounts of minerals for the week or so prior.

Other than that, I go to student health and beg for controlled substances. I even had an endoscopy to look for what's causing my cramps and all they could find was some scarring.

I would recommend rolling up a thick pair of blue jeans and pressing them against your tummy. Always helped me (suggestion from my mom who is a nurse). I got on the pill when I was 19 though and now I don't get cramps.

Where is everyone going for Tax Free Weekend?

I want to go to:

1.) Old Navy
2.) Rugged Wearhouse

And I want to go somewhere else that sells cheap comfortable summer/work flats. Black and brown please!

Where are some good places like that? I usually just buy super uncomfortable cheap shoes or more expensive shoes at DSW. Where's a happy medium store?

I've never had that problem. I sometimes wear panties after sex to catch anything but it is never a lot... I think peeing is your best bet and wiping like 80 times with a little digging, haha that sounds way worse than it is.

I'll put in my two cents, definitely wash up afterwards with a warm wash cloth and then pee a lot before you go to bed. You should be peeing after sex anyways!

My mom and I are heading to the Smithfield outlets to shop at motherhood maternity, carters and osh kosh for baby stuff. I'm hoping to be able to stock up on some necessities and really hoping to find some good sales at MM - though I doubt I will. I always pee after sex too just to keep any UTIs from forming. I get really wet I think too, melanndelyn, is that something that makes that happen? Jeez, TMI, but I often wonder if he just has a huge amount of sperm that is released. I would never wear a tampon or douche, I think that will just cause UTIs. I have worn a thin light days pad before, I just hate how it feels.

i pee after sex too and usually take a quick rinse in the shower because there is just sweat and fluids all over. i mean, you can push and wipe and dig but you're still going to have some later, if you're punchmonk or me anyway!

i have measured myself and i just still can't find a comfortable bra

have you guys gone to get measured (by like someone in the store?). i don't know if it is the cup size (i doubt it) or just the band size (probably the issue). but i just don't know.
