Actually, I suppose that's 90% of the fix, haha. The rest is just paint and a bit of steam cleaning, most likely. I need to do the caulk up a bit better in one spot as it was too thin a bead (separated from the wall). If there wasn't a huge gap right at that spot where a tile had been chipped out unnecessarily by the builders it wouldn't have been a problem.
