I had trouble sleeping, and even though I would go to bed at 8:30pm, I would lay awake until 2am or 3am. I would sleep maybe 3-5 hours and be fine the next day for school. People think I'm smart, but I've had to work my ASS off in school. I got by everything by pure memorization. And with short term memory loss, if I didn't practice it constantly, I would forget everything I learned easily. My mother recognized this and helped keep my mind "fresh" by continuing my education over summer breaks. Anyways, I had recently learned of my dad's history with Mercury and I've been doing research. I don't know if the fact that he suffered/suffers from mercury poisioning could be passed down to me genetically, however, I live with the same symptoms. Every problem I have is the same problem listed under Mercury poisioning. I'm a bit skeptical, but it all makes sense... Wtf is wrong with me..."

I don't believe they can help me. Hell, I think 99% of them are crooks. But that's a seperate issue. Doctors on base almost killed my mother. They nearly poisoned her to death. Fortunately, an "expert" civilian doctor was in town and was contacted. That man saved my mother's life. I've never shared that before with anyone other than my wife and one ex girlfriend. I guess what I'm trying to say is the freakin "doctors" at the naval hospital fucked my mom's life up, and I believe they fucked my life up as well. I'm very angry, and there's nothing I can do about it. I have to live with this. I refuse to take medication for my ADD symptoms or to help with my memory. I refuse to live like my mom, taking medication constantly and everyday. It's a sad way to live. The ADD I can fight, the memory loss is another story though. Medication is also expensive and burdensome. This is all so depressing. I'm only 23. I turn 24 in a couple months. you don't have to post this, but I thought I'd share."
