There are certain people I have trust in that don't have any ulterior motives. Telep is one. Zagoria is another. More or less I was looking to see if anyone had any links to stories of theirs (or someone similarly respected in that circle) that made not of his feelings towards KU.

I wasn't looking for the BigEgo (not a knock -- seems like a decent kid) of the world's daily dose of sunshine and roses...

i think we have a shot. nobody has any clue where he's going. i think we have just as good of a shot as anyone. honestly, whoever you put around him won't matter, he's going to make whatever team he's on legit...he's the next d-wade. memphis and nc state make the most sense, state only because of proximity. good thing he's not from memphis.

yeah, only because he just visited duke, so all the stories are out.

john wall would be NASTY at duke, he would make them title contenders, no doubt. but Duke as a school, i don't know if he'd fit in. he's giving everyone a fair shot though, i still like our chances more than theirs, it's just how i feel though. but anyway, anybody know gets pissed if we lose out, should be banned, permanently. we wouldn't even be considered if it weren't for the nba draft rule. sid is doing one hell of a job, we've been in it literally from day 1, up to this point...he has always included us on his list, whether we get him or not, that's impressive.

Zagoria is just as bad as anyone else. He's an avid Big East homer who's tried as hard as anyone to make it seem like St. Johns is still in the running for Lance Stephenson while downplaying the hell out of Maryland's involvement. He's probably right in that the guy ends up at Kansas, but he's going to look like a pretty big fool if Xavier Henry takes up that scholarship and Lance ends up playing for the Twerps

Careful dude. I support Coach Lowe to the nth and am optimistic about our future with him, but you'll be hard pressed to find too many people with better information about recruiting than some of what people will tell me.

And btw, Wall was looking at Kansas a while back, and Self really wanted him, but he isn't ready to go that far from home (which is why the Cliftons are unable to push him to Baylor).
