short skis are fun as shit man

except if you hit a traverse, then they suck balls on the flats

yeah i started skiing at like 5, we went out west 2-4 weeks a year till i was like 20. co, utah, wy, idaho, ca/nv, most places.

got tired of skiing at like 15/16, just couldnt find a challenge anywhere. started snowboarding about 50% of the time, then three seasons ago bought a burton custom alpine board.

and of course have only been like 4 days since i dropped 2k on a setup.

trying to rectify that

I broke my tailbone in high school so it always hurts like a bitch when I sit down too fast or fall on my ass, so I was always leery of boarding

the best with short skis is that I've got special boot adapters so I can wear the more comfortable snowboard boots instead of the ski boots that make you walk like a zombie with chafage

working on getting a 5 bedroom house. we'll see.
looking to be first week in jan.

usually do central america, but mom doesn't want to leave the country. she might not even come to key west. cause the house is in "the wrong neighborhood" for her.

I hate going with the people I work (which I'm doing in January but definitely not if I go in March) with since they're more about looking good on the slopes than the actual skiing

I mean, I'm not wearing Starter pullovers or anything, but these guys buy 600 dollar gortex jackets to wear for three days and never again

and they're all terrible...they ski on the blues for like and hour and a half and then go sip cocoa in the ski lodge for three hours

but I gotta be nice to them, so I grin and bear it

me and my lil sis had hot ski bunny outfits
actually we snowboarded after a while. my lil sis is super bad azz and can do flips and shit. she was an instuctor in boone at app mt.
I am more of sit in front of fire with hot cocoa and try not to think of how effin cold it efin is!
(but I am not shabby!)
