I'm willing to suspend disbelief about the walkers on chains thing. It's a lot easier with a kitana like Michonne's or multiple people like the governor's folks. I wouldn't want to risk it unless absolutely necessary.

When Maggie dug into the walker's abdomen, I thought she was gonna cover herself in guts like Rick and Glen did in Atlanta.

^Breaking Bad was a drama, and it had plenty of excitement/action as well along with great pacing and storylines. "Drama" doesn't mean slow, boring pace, no action, and too much dialog.

^I think if I hadn't read the comics I'd be enjoying it more.

I guess I went into the 2nd half of the season expecting the story to progress in a particular manner and it really hasn't. I also expected a certain pacing with how I thought the season would play out, but it's moved much slower than I expected(and I really didn't expect a really fast pace). Think the comics were just so good that I was excited about seeing it play out in the show, but it appears they're either overhauling it big time or just going a different direction entirely.

I've enjoyed it. Few parts here and there that irritate me, but not to kill the show. I've liked it much more than the crappy governor run shows.

Previous episode was dogshit, but now that Beth's been kidnapped I understand why they did it at least. Still, that was random as hell. I think the word for this kind of plot is contrived.

That's shaky logic at best...so she ran south from the prison as a battle was happening and her side was losing. SHE MUST HAVE DEFINITELY KEPT GOING THAT DIRECTION! No way they might have turned or double backed or anything like that

I can't speak for the other people wondering about Beth, but I'm not saying she didn't choose the right direction, I'm just saying I don't remember her mentioning Beth once...and at the least her blood and guts notes could at least say "Glenn and Beth, go to terminus"

My argument is almost more that maybe the writers forgot that she's would be out there looking for more than just Glen

The show is trying to convince us that Maggie and Glenn have this undying love for each other. GTFO. They have sex with each other. The two have no chemistry. You know it and I know it

i dunno, she rationalized (out loud) why she was looking for Glen instead of Beth. And I'm sure she knows that if Beth sees the signs she made for Glen, she's going to follow them and not be pissed that Maggie didn't soak up some extra walker blood to write "Glen and Beth...". I'm sure she's thinking about Beth, even if she hasn't said anything recently (at least on camera), but for all she knows, Beth went in the completely opposite direction. And she luuuuvs Glen, they're meant to be.

Great episode. It was probably the most compelling of all of the one-group episodes they've done this season. I thought it was pretty cool that they didn't have Tyreese just flip out and kill Carol.

All the comic readers saw this one coming, but I will say I was disappointed with how the show did it with having Carol pull the trigger, thought the comic method of handling Lizzie(Ben) was much better/stronger.

Probably one of the better episodes this season, just weird they spent so much time recreating the Ben/Billy comic storyline with Lizzie/Mika and then only went halfway with it. Oh well, 2 less annoying characters and the group is back on the tracks.

And really, how could Tyrese get pissed at Carol when he basically just agreed with her that Lizzie dying was the only choice for the safety of Judith and others?

^because Karen wasn't psycho, and killing her didn't stop the spread of the sickness, and she could have recovered like Glen and others that didn't die from the sickness.

this has been my favorite (half) season since the first one.
