I used to wash my hair everyday, but with my thyroid problem I noticed I was losing more hair than I would have liked. Now I wash it every 3 days. If it starts to look greasy, I'll probably wear it in a pony tail for another day b4 I wash it I've definitely noticed my hair is healthier and I don't lose as much any more.

Like, I washed it Saturday for the wedding then had a crazy updo situation, but I haven't washed it since b/c it's super curly still and lookin' hot! Today is my "3rd day hair" and it's still not greasy w/ softer curls/waves
