I think they look good. Love the option to skin/theme not just the background but edit the sizes and layouts a bit like Windows.

anyway, don't even bother messing with the too human demo, unless you like rpgs, and then its even a bad spin-off of one at that. anything that comes from microsoft studios is bound to be whack - the only thing that saves halo is the multiplayer, but other than that game i can't think of ANYTHING that has been produced there that turned out to be a good game.

Quick and easy. You can do it once a day with a limit of 2000 free points. All you do is make sure the email that you use when registering is the same email linked to your xbox account. When you are ready to submit a car, there is a "yes i would like to receive microsoft points" box that you need to click. You will receive an email with your first free 100 points, and then at the end of the promotion (Aug 25th) you will receive another email with your code that has as many points as you've earned over the deal.

I also believe you can create alternate silver accounts and get points for those as well, I may try that tonight. However, I bet once they figure out that it can be done, they may somehow find a way to deactivate any silver accounts that received the points, so it's up to you if it's worth the rist.

Guys. Live! Arcade will be so very awesome in the next 4-6 weeks. Check out this great lineup, and prepare your wallets. Castle Crashers and Geometry Wars 2 are must buy's at least. The others look really solid too.

Plus if you don't think this game (Ticket to Ride) isn't awesome you're crazy. MS just signed up with board game makers to bring even more games too. So far we've got this, Carcassone, Lost Cities, and Settlers of Catan as the more 'involved' board games and they all rock.

I actually just beat Fable for the first time, which is why I'm now interested in number 2

The one thing that bothers me, is that the whole game touts making good or evil decisions, and how much is affects your game, which in actuality, all it depends on is the final decision in the game.

Leading up to it, you can be as evil or good as you want, and it doesn't really change anything. Your clothes/tattoos are what causes people to love/hate/fear/respect you, but you could lead 10 people to the temple of skorn and sacrifice them all, but as long as you were clean cut, you could marry any woman in the game. I made every evil decision I could in the game, and killed as many innocents as I could, yet I picked the "good" ending, and I was giving the "you're a great wonderful hero" ending...meh

And as much as I liked it, I hope they fixed the Hero Save bug. It was so broken on how fast you could level up, and also how you could have 20 silver keys almost at the beginning of the game. I didn't exploit it until the Arena, but at that point I just went through about 4-5 times, and was able to completely max out my character. Even though because of magic pots and physical shield, I don't think I ever lost 1 HP the last 1/2 of the game. The boss fights were a joke if you used berserk + multi strike + physical shield. Basically even if they blocked the first hit on multi-strike, all additional hits were unblockable. So with a maxed strike, you had a 4 hit every time you swung, and with berserk and a nice weapon, it was usually over within a few strikes.

Anyway, I am looking forward to Fable 2 however, but I'm wondering how they can already be planning 3 more games, and I'm cringing at the thought of if they will cut the gameplay short on these to drag out a single story line. If I can't get AT LEAST 50+ hours out of an RPG, they are ripping the fan base off.

i finally bought a 360 and picked up bioshock. it's a scary game

the controller that came with it has a small but annoying defect... when you move the right thumbstick all the way to the right, it kind of rubs against something like there are notches around the edge. just playing bioshock it hasn't been too bad, but i think with something like COD or Halo it will be more noticable when you're aiming precisely. they are going to replace it but i have to pay one-way shipping and it will take 2-3 weeks. both of those things are bullshit but whatever.
