I think the defense needs to bring up the fact the NC slept around to show that other people had motive and cast suspicion on the wives and lovers.

Also why was she so upset about brad sleeping around, but all along she's gettin it in.

Hell this guy on the stand could be the father of one of her kids. and another guy almost gave her a VD

after all he had one affair and she slept with 8 or 9 guys (allegedly).

@ puck_it There's nothing that's overly complex for those of us who are college educated, but I would bet that few of the jurors are college educated.

The judge turned to the jury and explained that the recorded testimony was for the purpose of impeachment or corroboration of current testimony with previous testimony.

I figure that type of statement is over the heads of your average uneducated citizen.

im surprised they didnt define an alienation of affection suit... i know what it is, but it's not that common. (basically the non cheater, sues the person that bwned their significant other, saying they did it intentionally to break them up... its seldom that they're won).
