honestly, i get winded and unable to breathe whenever i do talk alot, but i talked and made conversation cuz i thought that's what i was supposed to do. silence is awkward. i'll wear my headphones with my ipod tomorrow morning and just not talk at all. then i can jog longer cuz i will be able to breathe better
