while I'm attempting to fix this RRoD on an xbox I grabbed from my buddy's apartment, should I mod it too? I have all intentions of selling this thing, but I don't know if firmware hax decreases the value these days or not.

Got RRoD as well. Ordered a kit off the internet and fixed it at home. It's an easy fix. I think the kit was $30 or something around there. Better than dealing with microsoft and much faster.

Mercenaries 2: World in Flames coming out on Sunday, surprised there hasn't been more hype about this the original Mercenaries on XBox was one of my favorite, if not my favorite, game that ever came out for the XBox. The fact that you could call in massive air strikes and destroy entire cities as well as the whole kidnapping all the guys in the deck of 52 never got old.
