i think flood control should be non-existent or double as slow to kick in for premies... it's annoying because when there aren't many people on and only a few active threads, it really puts a damper on teh activity. 4/23/2003 5:31:02 AM |

ya, for the insomniacs it's a bit of a nuisance because there are fewer people on line so the replies are much faster and flood control pops up all the time.
