I'm just wondering why the folders are removed after someone's premium membership lapses. I would think it to be easier to just let it remain the way it is, where you can't add any more pictures, but you don't lose what organization you had either.

However, it could be so that those who have 0 pictures in their general folder don't get 50 more.
At any rate, I just wondered why.

folders are a premie priv. so if you're not premie you don't get the priv.
