Instead of this one thread per hour deal that is going now, how about limiting the total number of threads per day to something like 5-6. I know personally, I don't sit on here all day, and if for some reason I wanna post multiple threads, then I probably won't wait around an hour to do it. Just a thought though.... maybe people prefer it how it is now.

Also, if you are going to limit the number of posted threads, you should have some type of warning in the message_posttopic.aspx page. For example, if I just created a topic 15 min. ago and I am about to create a new one, I should at least see a warning saying that it will activate the flood control.
