should include neighboring states - I go to VA a lot and don't feel like posting about it in chit chat/lounge and having it go to page 3 in an hour. I know some ppl go across state lines and need/want rides or to share gas bc I've seen THEM post about it

it's bc I'm nice I thought of it a couple years ago, just never bothered to say anything (tww was much smaller then)

he's just cheap and cars can't drive to India except on boats but then if you're going by boat you've defeated teh purpose
