Does anyone else use netscape? The text area is fuckin huge and horizontal scrolling is annoying as hell.

Maybe give the text area "wrap".

use IE, yo will see problem fixed before your eyes.

There's an easy fix for that. Dont use 640x480 resolution (you shouldnt be using 800x600 either, still too low)

i don't care how hard it is, i will keep using netscape...microsoft is a company i don't like, and so i will go out of my way to avoid any endorsement s of their products when it is realistically feasible.

I like Netscape's look and feel better than IE. Netscape Messanger is better than outlook.
And i fuckin hate microsoft altogether.

use opera or NS 6.2 ... they both render correctly. i HATE netscape!

And i hate IE, but i still have to develop my web apps to work correctly in both browsers.

And why did you post that link? Im a web developer, i know HTML pretty well.

IE is clearly the superior browser. I would go into why, but if you don't see it, you've got bigger problems than not using the right browser.

i posted it because under HTML 4.01, there is no WRAP specification. the browser is supposed to automatically wrap!

But it doesnt in NS. I encounter this shit all the time at work. Its another inconsistancy between the two browsers.
< Textarea wrap > will force it to wrap.
