Since people might be looking for apartments in the Spring (even summer and next fall eventually). Maybe have an apartment guide for popular apartments/Town Houses in the area. Where people can most comments on them for others to view.

jake, i think the appt guide would be a good addition to tww. have the relevant appt info listed, then actual leaser's comments: "the abby is an upscale ghetto..." ect.
