Okay, this would probably be only for people who can enter their own html code, but it would be nice if someone added <a href="..."> </a> if on submission it would automattically insert target="_blank" or something like that. Probably a dumb idea though.

If you want to open the link in a new window, do it yourself. In IE, you can hold Shift and click on a link to open a new window for it. Don't put shit in my HTML that I didn't want there to begin with.

Lazy. Those that use html should put it in themselves. The standard was set with the Crazy Code. Everyone is used to clicking on a link in the Wolf Web and having it open a new window automaticly. If you find it too much to put some window spawning code in your html, then just stick to using Crazy Code.
