perhaps people should be WARNED first before a suspension so they have a chance to correct their behavior, instead of just pissing people off.

I thought it funny that if you go back to the good old days of last fall and look at the pages, you have about the same number of threads locked. Check about page 102, 103, etc. Hell Myrtle posted like 8 stupid ass fuckin' threads in the lounge and J just locked them all. If any of us had posted one of those threads now though we'd be gone. Just seems like a double standard to this year, but maybe thats just me.

Yea I know I was just making the point that moderation even back then was definitely present as you thumb through the pages just to see the locked threads. Just don't understand how she has been able to escape ever being suspended, though I know she's not posting now.

Not really. Often the offending thread is deleted before some of us get to see it. And even when it's not, sometimes it's very difficult to tell just why someone was suspended. It seems like there's been some inconsistancy on that.
